This workshop is the group version of the individual self-care session I offer. For a discounted price per participant, I will guide you through the same process of:

  • Understanding your beliefs and boundaries (or lack of) relating to caring for self
  • How to recognise burnout
  • Identify which areas in your life need more support
  • Building a toolkit of self-care strategies that fit for you
  • Simple calming techniques involving physical movement and breath work that you can take away with you.

What makes this workshop different is that you create your own group; no turning up to a room full of strangers. I keep the numbers small – capped at five – to allow time and space for everyone. When you have your group together (2-5 participants), we will organise a time that suits (weekday/night or weekend options available).
